Price and renewal

ThetaGrade Premium costs $25 per month or $250 per year, plus any applicable tax (Founding Member discounts, if applied at checkout, are shown on your receipt). You are charged when you subscribe. Your subscription then renews automatically on the same calendar day each month (monthly plan) or each year (yearly plan), at the price then in effect, until you cancel. If that day does not exist in a month, renewal happens on the last day of that month. Your next renewal date and amount are always shown on your account page and in the Stripe billing portal.

Cancel anytime, online

Cancel at any time from your account page (“Manage or cancel subscription”, which opens the Stripe billing portal). No phone call or email is needed. To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel before your renewal date. After you cancel, you keep Premium access until the end of the period you already paid for, and you are not charged again. We email you a confirmation when you cancel. Yearly members also get a reminder email about 7 days before each renewal.

No refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including for partial periods, unused time and unused features, except where required by law. Canceling stops future charges; it does not refund the current period.

Billing errors and duplicate charges

If you were charged in error, charged twice for the same period, or charged after a cancellation that was completed before the renewal date, email hello@thetagrade.com within 60 days of the charge. We will correct verified billing errors and refund duplicate or erroneous charges in full to the original payment method.

EU, EEA and UK customers

Premium is digital content supplied immediately. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once access begins. Mandatory consumer rights that cannot be waived still apply.

Failed payments

If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries automatically for a short period and access continues during retries. If payment is not recovered, the subscription ends and Premium access is removed.

Price changes

We will email you at least 30 days before any price change takes effect at your next renewal, so you can cancel first. Founding Member discounts stay for as long as the subscription remains active without interruption.

No refunds based on market outcomes

ThetaGrade is an educational publication. Nothing is refunded or credited based on the performance of any rating, pick or screen.
