- When will Premium open?
- Soon. The features listed above are a Founding Member preview: checkout opens only once each one is built and checked. Waitlist members hear first.
- Will I be charged if I join the waitlist?
- No. The waitlist collects only your email. No payment details are requested.
- Is this financial advice?
- No. ThetaGrade publishes general, impersonal, educational information on a fixed schedule and does not give personal advice. It is not a registered investment adviser, and nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security or option.
- How does renewal work?
- Premium renews automatically on the same calendar day each month or year (the last day of a shorter month) at the price then in effect, until you cancel. Your next renewal date is on your account page. Yearly members get a reminder email about 7 days before renewal.
- How do I cancel Premium?
- Anytime, online, from your account page (“Manage or cancel subscription”, the Stripe billing portal). Cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for and get a confirmation email.
- Can I get a refund?
- No. All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods, except where required by law. We do correct billing errors and refund duplicate or erroneous charges: email hello@thetagrade.com within 60 days. Details: /refunds.

- What is Founding Member pricing?

- Stripe retries automatically and access continues during retries. If the payment isn’t recovered, the subscription ends and Premium access is removed.
