1. Educational content, not financial advice

ThetaGrade publishes general, impersonal, rules-based educational information on a fixed schedule. Nothing on the site, in emails or in Premium is investment, tax or legal advice, a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security or option, or an offer or solicitation of any kind. ThetaGrade is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer or financial planner. Content does not consider your objectives, finances or risk tolerance. Options involve substantial risk, including assignment and losses that may exceed the premium received; cash-secured puts can require buying 100 shares per contract. Past or hypothetical performance does not guarantee future results. Data may be delayed, estimated or wrong; verify independently and consider a licensed professional before acting. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions.

2. Premium subscriptions and automatic renewal

Premium costs $25 per month or $250 per year, plus any applicable tax, billed in advance through our payment processor Stripe. By subscribing you authorize us to charge your payment method when you subscribe and then automatically at the start of each new billing period (the same calendar day each month or year, or the last day of a shorter month) until you cancel. Your renewal date and amount are shown on your account page. Prices may change with at least 30 days’ email notice before your next renewal.

3. Cancellation

You can cancel online at any time from your account page. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid the next charge. After canceling, access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

4. No refunds

All payments are non-refundable, including partial periods and unused time, except where required by law. We will correct verified billing errors and refund duplicate or erroneous charges; write to hello@thetagrade.com within 60 days. Details: cancellation & refund policy.

5. EU, EEA and UK consumers

Premium is digital content supplied immediately after purchase. At checkout you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose your 14-day right of withdrawal. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights that cannot be excluded.

6. Acceptable use

Premium is for your personal use. Don’t share your access, resell, scrape or redistribute Premium content.

7. No warranty; limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, ThetaGrade is not liable for trading or investment losses or for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim.

8. Changes and contact
